About Us

Copper Bottom Property Management began in 2018 when we started to help friends and family search for, evaluate, and acquire investment properties north of Boston. This led to full service management of those properties. Since then, we have grown to help a much larger network of investors and home owner associations manage their portfolios and properties. We have become experts in efficiently managing all facets of real estate assets including financial management, physical property maintenance, and tenant management. We now strive to serve all of our clients as if they are our friends and family and help everyone maximize the value of their real estate assets through efficient and transparent property management.

We are a currently run with a tight team that allows us to offer the personal touch that many larger firms cannot offer. Here are the roles of our current full-time employees and founders: 



President – Nick Cowden – Nick oversees operations at each building, financial accounting, is in charge of sales and overall growth of Copper Bottom . As a real estate broker and property manager, Nick has helped investor clients grow and manage their portfolios and has helped retail clients navigate the, not always so clear, waters of Homeowner Association management.

Vice President – Britney Cowden – Whether it is for investors’ portfolios or HOA board members; Britney oversees accounting for all incoming revenue, efficient payment of expenses, and creating financial overviews for each building or portfolio on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

Director of Maintenance – Vitaly Rozvodosky – Vitaly has a diverse professional background that fits perfectly into managing the physical side of properties. Being a talented carpenter, a licensed and experienced exterminator, and a construction project manager allows him to manage the maintenance and capital improvement side of our overall business extremely well.
